Sound is the foundation of our existence. From the hum of the universe to the beat of our hearts, everything is in vibration. At Sound’n’Soul Therapy Temple in Banbury, Oxfordshire, we harness the healing power of sound to support emotional release, energetic balance, and deep inner connection.

I have dedicated my life to the transformative art of sound therapy and vibrational healing. My practice is rooted in both ancient sound traditions and modern therapeutic approaches. I have completed advanced trainings, including a Master Course with Don Conreaux, one of the world’s foremost gong masters. These teachings, combined with my in-depth training in Himalayan sound healing traditions, have deeply influenced my approach to sound healing therapy. While I work with a wide range of sound-based techniques, my practice is equally guided by intuition and a strong belief in the healing power of vibration to restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit.

In my holistic practice, I offer sound-based treatments that honour the wisdom of the body and the healing frequency of intention – supporting deep restoration on a physical, emotional, and energetic level:

Individual Sound Therapy and Massage—each session is uniquely tailored to your personal needs, meeting you exactly where you are. It is a deeply attuned process of listening to what calls for healing, release, and reconnection. Through intentional sound and subtle touch of bowls or tuning forks, we work on a cellular and energetic level—dissolving stagnation, softening internal tension, and inviting your system back into its natural rhythm. This is a space where the body’s wisdom leads, and harmony is gently restored from within.

Couples, Private Groups & Family Sessions—each session is thoughtfully designed around the unique dynamics and needs of your relationship or group. Whether you seek deeply relaxing soundbath or a more interactive experience, the space is shaped to support meaningful connection and shared presence. Sessions can be calming and restorative, or include active participation and co-creation. This is a heart-opening space to strengthen emotional bonds, restore harmony, and experience healing together—in a way that feels right for you.

Group Sound Journeys— immersive soundscape experiences with gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments. These sessions guide you to travel inward, allowing profound shifts in awareness, energetic alignment, and emotional release.

Music Therapy Sessions for Children and Adults— creative, nurturing, and therapeutically guided sessions to support emotional expression, nervous system regulation, and mental well-being through sound, rhythm, voice, movement and other creative modalities . These sessions are tailored to the individual or group, providing a safe and playful space for healing, self-regulation, and growth.

Singing & Drumming Circles— community-based experiences where voices and rhythms merge into one heartbeat. These circles are deeply empowering and connective, awakening joy, confidence, and a sense of belonging. No experience is needed – just a willingness to express and listen.

Sacred Drumming—it is one of the most ancient and powerful sound healing practices – connecting us with the primal heartbeat of the Earth and the deeper rhythms of our own being. In my practice, I offer shamanic drum healing sessions using both traditional hand-held drums and a large 110 cm ceremonial frame drum, which creates a rich, grounding resonance that can be felt deep within the body helping to restore balance and awaken the body’s natural healing intelligence.

Collaborations & Private Bookings—I collaborate with holistic practitioners, retreat hosts, and festival organisers to bring sacred sound into their spaces. Whether it’s a private concert, ceremonial sound bath, or interactive workshop, I’ll co-create an experience that supports the vision of your gathering – from intimate retreats to larger holistic festivals.

Contraindications and Safety in Sound Therapy

While sound therapy is generally safe and non-invasive, there are a few cases where caution is advised. If you have a diagnosed medical condition such as epilepsy, a serious mental health disorder, sound-induced migraines, or if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider before attending a session.
