PeLoHa – A Ceremony of Touch That Heals Body and Soul

Have you ever felt like your body was speaking a language your mind didn’t yet understand?

As if beneath the layers of daily stress, responsibility, and constant motion, there was a quiet longing — to feel whole again? If so, I invite you to experience something truly unique: PeLoHa — a gentle, transformative form of healing through touch.

For me, PeLoHa is a Somatic Touch Ceremony. A sacred meeting with yourself through conscious, loving touch. A space where your body, mind, and soul can finally slow down, breathe together, and reconnect. It’s an experience that reaches far beyond the skin — deep into the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of your being. This is where healing happens. In stillness. In presence. In peace.

What is PeLoHa?

PeLoHa is a subtle, heart-centered healing modality whose name comes from the words Peace, Love, and Harmony. It is combination of elements of energetic healing, intuitive touch, and holistic therapy to create something profoundly restorative. Unlike traditional massages, PeLoHa doesn’t work on the muscular level with pressure or intensity. Instead, it uses light, intentional, flowing touch to restore balance, dissolve blockages, and invite deep healing. It’s a kind of touch that says: “I see you. I feel you. You are safe.”

Why receive it?

PeLoHa is especially powerful when you’re:

▪️ experiencing emotional overwhelm, inner chaos, or a life transition,
▪️ feeling physically tense but not fully helped by traditional bodywork,
▪️ longing for deep rest, grounding, and reconnection,
▪️ carrying old wounds, grief, or trauma stored in the body,
▪️ finding it hard to trust, surrender, or let go — and wanting to heal that,
▪️ simply ready to come back home to yourself.

Many describe it as a recalibration. A gentle reset. An invitation to come back into the natural rhythm of your being — where everything flows, nothing is forced, and your energy begins to move freely again. It’s not just about feeling better physically (although you likely will). It’s about remembering who you are beneath the tension, the masks, and the noise.

What it means to me

PeLoHa is not just another method in my toolkit. It touched me personally — deeply and quietly — and changed the way I relate to healing, both in others and in myself. Each session feels like I’m holding sacred space for something real, something tender to unfold. This work has shown me that touch can be medicine — not just for aching muscles, but for the soul’s longing for connection, safety, and love. And every time I offer PeLoHa, I do it with that intention: To hold you in presence. To create a space where your body speaks, and your soul listens.

  1. I wanted to give a testimonial after the most beautiful treatment with Marta. I was incredibly drawn to her new offering of ‘PeLoHa’ a somatic touch ceremony.
This treatment was an amazing experience it was so tender and nurturing, I felt cocooned in love. The touch was light yet I felt each movement deeply resonating through me bringing peace yo my cells and soul. The oils smelt divine and from the initial cleansing I felt my body sink into a cushion of relaxation. I left the space feeling held but with so much compassion and love for myself. I felt permission to relax, to be me and appreciate all i am and alI I bring. This stayed with me the whole day and rippled into the next.
Thank you so much Marta xxx
